My cheapest smart phone
I don`t have a smart phone. But, I have an I-pod. It is very useful gadget I have ever had. It have almost all function of which ordinary smart phones have, except phone function.
I said just now, except phone function but, it is not correct. Because if you get some application soft such as face-time you can use i-pod like a mobile-phone completely without a fee.
I reading e-books of which downloaded from free e-books like i-books, or Project Gutenberg. And also, I downloaded free audio-books from Librivox.
In a commuter train , I have been reading and hearing same book at the same time, for years. It is a precious time for me. Recently, I finished Jack London`s White Fang, and I am now, starting to read Henry David Thoreau`s Walden. Both are very old books but, I was fascinating the novelty of both books. I think old thing is not always old.
Smart phone is a miniature PC. It gathered latest advanced technology, and pushed them into that small casing. So as I-pod too. So, if you want a smart phone as a useful tool like PC. I recommend you i-pod.
You can use internet with i-pod. Because it has wi-fi. But, in Japan, wi-fi is not so usable. The area where you can use wi-fi is limited. You can use it convenience store, some coffee shop, JR station, Metro station, big mall, or in the office.
Except this inconvenience, I recommend you i-pod, because it is a cheapest smart phone.
